I ask that you read the following information so that you as a customer of Take Ova Mobile Car Wash N Detail Shop. and me Kitt Leverette as owner and manager of the company. Can build a good working relationship between the both of us that will hopefully go on for ever. This information is to help you better understanding how things work with my services and also what to expect out of me or an employee of mine.
I started Take ova mobile after years of working for major car dealerships in their detail departments learning some does, but a lot of don't. after going out on my own in 2010. I set out to learn every thing I could about the look of cars, trucks and more inside and out. from the paint and body on the out side, to the carpet, vinyl and head liner on the inside. I have even took a little time to investigate glass and how to do some minor repairs like scratches and dings. A long this path I have learned a lot of amazing things and seen and learned about a lot of horrible thing. that can happen either before, Dearing and after detailing or restoring any type of unit. from cars and trucks to boats, RV's, air planes and heavy equipment.
Over the years I have been able to build up a very good rep for being honest about thing when it come to my services along with detailing and body work the whole nine. And this is a lot of reasons I had to build my following policy. To help better build up your confidence that my company and is here for you and plan to offer and give you the best services I can and protected my company and employees as well. By giving you a full break down of every thing.
Booking and service
I provide drop-off and mobile services. So please call or text 850 691 7572 to confirm the price and date of your appointment after booking online. Mobile services has a seperate charge and it differs do to location ( pricing information about mobile will be added to this policy as well as we go ). It’s a few other reason you may need to call and confirm your appointment:
1. some times two people can be looking online at same time pick a package and one pushes submit 1 sec before the other. and that booking will show up and over lap the other appointment on my end. but it will say accepted on your end.
2. some times the website will fail to communicate with other online booking service calendars like Google and a square appointments causing the same issue as in the first thing.
3. some times it want send out the text notifications that someone booked services. Sometimes I rely on this method of finding out about my appointment because I'm usually all over the place and had to appoint my website to do a lot of my office work like booking, marketing and some accounting.
4.Every now and then jobs can run over to the next day matters on the job. Note that I never go to check out jobs before I do them. Unless it is a major job like body work, uphlostrey repair, air plan ect. Because I have to to see what I need to do the job. but usually I don't for detailing Because I don't have the time to run to every job first
5. every now and then I run in to a delays do to weather, or the work needing to be done. this also can cause thing to run in to the next day or cause me to have to rearange the appointments.

Mobile or drop off
MOBILE SERVICE :Note All mobile services come with a mobile service charge that is based on your location. Due to the distance from the worksite, the price could range between $65.00 and $200.00. anywhere in Panama City (Bay County, FL): $65.00; anywhere outside of Bay County, it c could run 75.00 to 200.00; we travel up to 150 miles out of Bay County. These charges help to cover a lot like gas, auto repairs, insurance, the travel for you convence and more. Now if you book more then one car this charge only applies for the trip and not by unit. Right now I don’t have a system yet put up that allows people to pick mobile or drop off. so please when you call to confirm please make sure we know. and please make sure you added your address to you customer profile in the address field. I am working on this at moment with website company and this may be fixed by the time you read this if this policy is not update by this time.
What do you need to have to help us with providing mobile services:
Water and power connection- I don't take water and power to residintal or office buildings only work sites ,events, air crafts and heavy equipment. Do to fact that gas powered pressure washers and genorators are loud and can cause issues with neibors and other offices around your area. I try my best to work for you with out bothering the people around you. don't worry that’s the only thing I need from you I come equipped with every thing else
If the question is does this run up my water and power the answer is no I use less water then it take for 3 people in your house to take a shower and less power then your kids use playing video games and standing with front door open while air conditioner is going.
Drop off services : Dropping it off with me has no extra charge. Just note I work from home and sometime from one of the car dealerships I am teamed up with. Both these places I have no rest room or waiting area. so I ask you come ready to drop of car and come back and get it. Note your car is safe with me and I will go all the way to make sure your car is safe while in my care. If you booking through some one who books sale my service if they have a location most likely this could be an issue too. You can set up mobile through these locations as well.
Sorry I don't offer pick up and drop off yet do to man power but plus it lessen the risk of accident in customers vehical
A GOOD IDEA WHEN BOOKING SERVICE: Along with calling to confirm, it will also be a good idea to keep another day in mind just in case we have an issue along the way. that might call for us to have to reschedule. Along with things that can cause us to have delays, we sometimes have cancellations that create openings where we might be able to move an appointment up if this becomes an option. This is something that we will call you and ask you about. The time of the appointment is only a time frame. Note that 65-70% of the time we end up being later than we thought most of the time. In the morning, it could be different events that cause the issue. In the afternoon, it could be the job before yours that creates the issue. SO THINKS OF ANOTHER DAY AND KEEPING IT IN MIND WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA. Its rare but this could happen it has number of time before
Ways to pay or make a payment :
We accept the Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, credit cards, and more. But sorry, we don't
take checks at all, only cards and other electronic transactions. No I owes either.
Refunds and trying to hold out on payment do to customer saifaction:
Before booking : Please make sure you are ready to set an appointment, meaning you know you have this day free and want get called in for work or have to run out of town, etc. Please make sure you have confirmed it with your spouse, parents, boss, dog, or anyone else before you book an appointment. I usually only tend to book one location at a time, so we really don't need people booking our services and being a no call-no show or canceling at the last minute. This slows down my work progress, stops me from making daily quotas, and leaves me with gaps in my scheduling system. So please don't book if your schedule is sketchy and you don't know if you're going to be able to keep your appointment at all. And last, please don't book if you have to get someone else's approval before booking. Please get their approval first. These reasons are why I have cancellation fees for people who cancel last minute or do not show up.
Make sure you read and pick the right package and know what all it includes: When selecting or booking a package or service, please make sure to click and select the service you want. so you can see all the different items included that selection. This will also give you a good price quote for the selection. Please make sure that you read over the services that you pick. so that you understand what you're getting for that price. Also look for options under that service. if you're picking a full, complete detail; you can break that down to just the interior or the exterior by checking out the options in the service booking section.

Last but not least, I try my best to make every one happy no matter how long it takes if the job is rated at 4 hours and it takes me 6 you don't get charged for the extra time that’s just what I do for customer satfication. My thing is to build a long lasting working relationship with you. But in that same note nobody is perfect; sometimes an employee or I might miss something, and I know that. But it also can be issue with stains or other thing that bond with fabric or paint with could take more money if I attemp to remove it. it could cause more work. so you should check your car before we leave and before you pay to make sure your happy with the service provided. Once you pay, that means you are happy with the job that was done. Mean you have no reason to ask for an refund. We don't leave until the job is complete and paid for. and all jobs must be paid for. When dealing with TAKE OVA MOBILE CAR WASH N DETAIL SHOP, if you have an complaint feel free to voice it before I wrap things up and go. if I have to stay longer to make you happy. I am going to do that but can not leave until job is paid for .I also again ask you to check your package and see if what your worried about is in that package I can't spend time on a unit and not take payment for my time or employee time. THIS COULD MISS UP MY PAYROLE
And this is another reason there is no refunds for work.
